WEDDING SERVICES...
As a professional English Toastmaster, it is hoped that my services will relieve you of the stress of all the necessary organisation and co-ordination of on-the-day events, leaving you to enjoy your special day to the full. Upon engagement I will meet with you or your Wedding Planner to discuss my role and an initial plan will be prepared which can be finely tuned until it meets your precise and exact requirements.

I am here to coordinate and follow through with your event, so that you can have the stress free 'time of your life' that you deserve.

As you make plans, I will be in constant contact with you and only a phone call/email away to offer advice and guidance. We will meet several times before your event to go over details for this most important time of your life.

The week prior to your event I will meet with you to start pulling everything together and start making your event something special, so that on the day your guests will be amazed, whilst you can sit back, relax and have a stress free day.

Some of the roles that I undertake at the Wedding Breakfast:

On the day of your event, I will make sure that ALL your plans and preparations are implemented just the way you had planned by handling everything personally.

Wedding Day Preparation...

Before the day….

  • I will present you with a Wedding Planning folio containing worksheet, calculator,    pen, budgeting software on CD, local Suppliers list, etc.
  • I will assist in creating a timeline for the Wedding Day.
  • I will prepare a timeline of events for the Ceremony and Reception.
  • I will make suggestions towards the wedding itinerary for the couple,
       wedding party and their families.
  • I will forward a Wedding Day itinerary to all vendors.
  • I will review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiates,
       wedding party and vendors.
  • I will attend the Ceremony Rehearsal ( 1 hour ).
  • I will coordinate with the Wedding Party and discuss event responsibilities.
  • I will liaise with your photographer and setup any photographs that you
       have specifically mentioned in planning.

  • Church ( if required ) / Ceremony duties ….

  • I will personally assist/manage all wedding day activities.
  • I will Greet and Direct your Guests to their places at the church.
  • I will explain and instruct all attendants of their duties during the event.
  • I will follow the timeline during the ceremony to make sure that the
       timing is following the plan.
  • I will receive and escort the Bride and Bridegroom.
  • I will liaise with your Photographer/Videographer.

  • At the Reception…

  • I will be on hand on the Day of coordination ( up to 8 hours ).
  • I will coordinate with the Management of the Venue /Caterer for room
       layout plan.
  • I will coordinate with all Wedding Day Vendors and assist if needed.
  • I will help to set up seating plans/charts and place cards.
  • I will follow the timeline during the reception to make sure that the timing
       is following the plan.
  • I will oversee the setup of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
       room with all décor.
  • I will liaise with your photographer and setup any photographs that you
       have specifically mentioned in planning.
  • I will organize the setup of bridal portrait, bridal goblets, cake cutting tools,
       Guest book and pen at the Reception.
  • I will direct Guests to their places.
  • I will receive and Escort the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival.
  • I will Announce the 'Wedding Breakfast'.
  • I will organize and announce the 'Receiving Line'.
  • I will announce the 'Entrance' of the Bride and Bridegroom & escort the Bride
       and Bridegroom to their place.
  • I will say 'Grace' before the meal (or introduce a Cleric or Guest to do so).
  • I will announce the 'Toasts and Speeches'.
  • I will assist in giving out presents to the Family/Wedding Party.
  • I will announce and organize the 'Cutting of the Cake'.
  • I will make any additional announcements that may be required throughout.
  • I will be on hand to advise on any other relevant matters.
  • I will formally close the Wedding breakfast, escort the Bride and Groom from
       the room and inform Guests of the plans for the rest of the event.
  • I will be on hand with my 'Emergency Wedding Kit' with everything from safety
       pins to hand wipes, from shoe polish to needle and thread, tights to hair clips,
       plus my very ‘special cream’ for dented egos.
  • I will constantly troubleshoot for anything that is not planned and take care of
       matters as they arise.
  • I will also be on hand to perform any other duties that we may not have planned
       or may arise during your special occasion.

  • Of course, there maybe more duties which I will also gladly perform... and all my services are covered by the English Toastmasters 'Code of Conduct'
